Lincoln joins Global Donut Day 

On 13 November 2023, Climate Hope Lincoln held an open door, drop in session at St Marks Community Link Up alongside Lincoln Climate Commission and colleagues from University of Lincoln as part of their Climate Action Festival. 

Kate Bell, Sustainability Manager at City of Lincoln Council said: “it was great to see some familiar and new faces drop in throughout the day. Although turnout was lower than expected, it was a great opportunity to talk about doughnut economics and highlight the complexity in some of the challenges and behaviour changes needed to design a sustainable future.” 

At the event, guests were invited to map possible solutions and challenges around Transport, Housing, Consumerism, and Connection to Nature.
